CarMD Connect: How to Use the Join a Group Without a Device Feature

Purpose

To guide users on how to join a CarMD Connect group even if they don't have a device.

Step 1- Download the app and follow the steps to create an account.

• You can refer to our guide on setting up your CarMD Connect device.

Step 2 - Tap "Join a group" at the footer of the page.

Step 3 - Enter the Invite Code.

• You can also tap the 'Use Camera Scan' to take a photo of the group's QR Code.

Step 4 - Tap the 'Find group' button at the bottom.

Step 5 - Tap the 'Join group' button.

• Only 10 users can be in a group at once.
