CarMD Connect: Health Status (Cars)

Purpose

To guide you on how to navigate the Health Status located under the Cars Menu in the CarMD Connect app.

Cars: Health Status

Displays the vehicle's current health status.

1. Vehicle Selection: Offers quick access to all vehicles associated with the user's account.
2. Selected Vehicle: Displays the vehicle's info and its last location.
3. Scrolling Down: Offers the following functions:
   1. Download Full Report – comprehensive PDF report to share with mechanic
   2. Save to Records – saves the current health report, which can be viewed under the Records tab (see Page 9)
   3. Perform a Full Scan – checks all the vehicle's OEM / manufacturer diagnostic systems
   4. View Full List – displays all the systems monitored by the vehicle

4. Health Status: Displays detailed information about the discovered problem. If a fix is required, a

   verified solution is provided that includes parts and estimated costs.

5. Schedule Service: Opens page to search, select, and contact preferred shop to schedule a service appointment. Note: Walmart Auto Care Center locations are only shown if the vehicle has one of the following conditions: Battery Voltage light, Oil Level Light, Oil Life Light, TPMS Light, and Maintenance Light. Available shop locations are also dependent on the user's service location.
